Fajita Salad
Choice of marinated grilled chicken breast or steak served over a bed of lettuce salad. Topped with fresh tomatoes and avocados
Burrito Supreme
A flour tortilla stuffed with rice and beans, choice of beef, chicken, carnitas or pork. Smothered with a choice of green or red sauce, melted monterey jack cheese and a scoop of sour cream.
Taquito, Sope, Tamale or Relleno

Tampiquena
Tender grilled slices of meat cooked with bell pepper, tomatoes and onions. Choice of tortillas.

Four Ceviche (tilapia fish) tostadas, diced fish prepared in lime juice tossed with diced tomatoes. Jalapenos, onions and cilantro. Topped with avocado. Needless to say, delicious!
Fiesta Quesadilla
A flour tortilla sliced into four wedges stuffed with monterey jack cheese and choice of meat. Garnished over a bed of lettuce, a scoop of guacamole, sour cream and sprinkled with mexican cheese.
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Six large prawns stuffed with monterey jack cheese and wrapped with bacon. Served with garnished salad.
Fiesta Taquito

Albondigas Soup ( Wednesday)
A mexican traditional meatball soup, made with lean ground beef with freshly diced vegetables, simmered to perfection. Served with a side of rice, onions, jalapenos and avocado.
